Our story
From HOA Frustration to AI Innovation
When Haoyu Zha joined his HOA board, he was stunned by the outdated processes and inefficiencies plaguing the industry. Determined to modernize community management, he joined forces with fellow AI expert Zhixuan Lai, formerly of Square.
Together, they built an AI-powered solution that automates complex tasks with speed, precision, and scalability—and it worked. After joining Y Combinator, HOAi’s technology quickly gained traction, with every demo turning into a customer.
